Should I buy a canoe or kayak?  How do I strap it to my car?  Do I need to wear a life vest?  Where can I get in and out of the Lehigh River safely?  Is it safe to take my child on the river?

 

If you have asked yourself any of these questions then this class is for you.  In partnership with the Wildlands Conservancy and Northampton County, join us for this free introductory class which will answer these questions and more.

 

All participants will be able to get on the water and learn the basics of paddling in a canoe and/or kayak in the Walnutport Canal.  All equipment is provided.  Pre-registration is required with Wildlands Conservancy at www.wildlandspa.org.
