High Intensity Interval Training
Get ready to sweat! Burn fat, reshape muscles and get heart strong with this hybrid class that combines HIIT (high intensity interval training) with balanced rest periods of yoga and stretching. Strengthen your heart and connect to your breath. This will be a challenging class but modifications can be given.
