Would you like to have a healthier relationship with food and your body image? Join this 6-week class that will take a mindfulness approach to changing habits that cause guilt about food choices and body image. This is not a diet class! It will include suggestions on how to choose food that will satisfy you without overeating and how to make peace with your body. You will learn how to tap into your body's wisdom to achieve your own best health. The class will be in a Zoom format and the Instructor, Peggy Shannon, will use meditation and other integrative practices that have been shown to lower stress and increase personal joy. Pre-registration is required.
